About Us
The Institute for Policy Studies & Research (INSPIRE) is the policy research and strategic think tank of the Communist Party of Nepal (UML). INSPIRE is dedicated to strengthening the Party’s policy framework, strategic direction, and long-term vision through rigorous research, evidence-based analysis, and informed public dialogue.
The Institute brings together scholars, policy practitioners, and subject experts to examine the political, economic, social, cultural, technological, and geopolitical challenges facing Nepal. By generating knowledge and facilitating strategic debate, INSPIRE seeks to contribute to Nepal’s democratic, socialist-oriented, and national development agenda.
